Grated Parmesan

Using your blender to grate hard cheese is a great trick that allows you to grate large amounts quickly! Simply break the cheese into large chunks that fit into the blender jar, and pulse until your desired texture is reached.

Ingredients:

4 oz Parmesan (or any other hard cheese)

Directions

  • 1. Set up your Vidiem Mixer-Grinder by placing the spice jar onto the motor base.
  • 2. Break the cheese into large chunks and add to the jar.
  • 3. Secure the lid and pulse to grate as finely as you like.

Yield: 4 oz

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
