Strawberry Spread

This easy strawberry spread is a delicious way to make your springtime snacks more interesting! Simply blend strawberries with cream cheese (or a dairy-free cream cheese substitute) to create a smooth and fresh spread, perfect for toast or dipping!

  


Ingredients:

200 g fresh strawberries (about 1 ½ cups)

8 oz cream cheese or cream cheese substitute

1 Tbsp sugar (optional)

Directions

  1. Set up your Vidiem Mixer-Grinder by locking the gear adapter onto the motor base and locking the bowl attachment onto the adapter. Secure the blade onto the blade shaft.
  2. Add the strawberries to the bowl.
  3. Secure the lid and pulse a few times to roughly chop
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Add the cream cheese and pulse a few times to combine.
  5. Scrape down the sides again if necessary, then blend for about 10 seconds.
  6. Add the sugar, if using, and blend again until smooth.
  7. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Yield: About 15 oz

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
