Strawberry Spread

This easy strawberry spread is a delicious way to make your springtime snacks more interesting! Simply blend strawberries with cream cheese (or a dairy-free cream cheese substitute) to create a smooth and fresh spread, perfect for toast or dipping!
Ingredients:
200 g fresh strawberries (about 1 ½ cups)
8 oz cream cheese or cream cheese substitute
1 Tbsp sugar (optional)
Directions
- Set up your Vidiem Mixer-Grinder by locking the gear adapter onto the motor base and locking the bowl attachment onto the adapter. Secure the blade onto the blade shaft.
- Add the strawberries to the bowl.
- Secure the lid and pulse a few times to roughly chop
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Add the cream cheese and pulse a few times to combine.
- Scrape down the sides again if necessary, then blend for about 10 seconds.
- Add the sugar, if using, and blend again until smooth.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Yield: About 15 oz
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
