0.7 liter |

Ice water |
Directions
- Set up your Vidiem Mixer-Grinder by placing the filter into the juicer attachment.
- Place all of the oats into your Vidiem and set the filter lid in place. Pulse about 5 times or until the oats are finely ground.
- Pour 2 cups of ice water (discarding the ice cubes) into the filter and secure the filter lid and blender jar lid. Blend on Speed 1 for about 5 seconds.
- Pour the remaining cup of ice water into the filter, replace the lid, and blend another 5-10 seconds. Blending for too long will cause the oat milk to become slimy, so make sure to blend in short bursts.
- Enjoy immediately or store refrigerated in a clean glass container for up to 5 days.
Yield: 3 cups
Pro Tips
- If any sediment remains, the oat milk can be strained through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or thin dish towel.
- If using unsweetened coconut, try adding honey, maple syrup, or your favorite sweetener.
- A pinch of sea salt will enhance the flavor.
